TECH WEEK

Melanie is currently in tech week for Other Desert Cities at Cygnet Theatre, running from Feb 5-March 2. Melanie plays Brooke Wyeth, a writer coming home for the first time in 6 years after a severe depression, bringing with her a new book which will expose her family in ways they’re not thrilled about. This is a phenomenal play about truth, stories, and the layers upon layers within the love and conflict in a family. This is Melanie’s first show at the Cygnet.

And Act Like a Mother podcast returns with Season 2 in a couple weeks! Melanie and her co-host Katie MacNichol had a wonderful first season, all episodes of which are available wherever you get your podcasts. For those of you who haven’t tuned in yet, each episode is a conversation with an Actor Mom about what it is to juggle both worlds. And it’s not just for actor moms:)
